COUNTRIES: We ship to virtually everywhere in the world with the following exceptions:
Belarus, Iran, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Somalia, Syria, Yeman, Zaire and Zimbabwe.
SHIPPING: All software is shipped prepaid via Airmail to all locations throughout the world. US/Canadian destinations can expect delivery in 7-15 business days. International orders can expect delivery in 10-21 days depending on your location. Backordered items may take up to 21 additional days.
RETURNS: All sales are final. No refunds on software. Defective products will be happily replaced at no cost to the customer for up to 6 months from date of purchase. If an order fails to arrive a replacement will be shipped after 30 days at no cost to the customer. Replacement orders will be shipped by registered method and will require a signature upon delivery. In the event a return is authorized it must be accompanied by a return authorization number written on the outside of the returned package. In addition, any opened packages will not be accepted.
